Sammy Hagar und David Lee Roth zusammen auf einer Bühne? – Gibt’s nicht! – Gibt es doch, und zwar beim Schweizer Allstar VAN HALEN-Tribute FUN HALEN.
Eine musikalische Retrospektive der Sonderklasse mit Songs aus allen Dekaden der Bandgeschichte in einem Set, das gab’s noch nie zuvor und schon gar nicht in dieser musikalischen Qualität. Ausnahmegitarrist Jonas Wolf (ELUVEITIE / ILLUMISHADE) beweist mit seiner Fingerfertigkeit, dass er Eddie Van Halen in Sachen Technik aber auch in Punkto Feeling verdammt nahekommt! - Singer/Songwriter Tobey Lucas (Tobey Lucas Band) tritt genauso überzeugend in die Fussstapfen des schillernden Gigolos David Lee Roth wie Rockröhre Gianni Pontillo (VICTORY) den Part des stimmgewaltigen Red Rockers Sammy Hagar verkörpert. Für den unverkennbaren Rhythmus-Teppich sind Bassist Pascal Luder (Adrenaline 101) und Drummer Reto Wild (Adrenaline 101) verantwortlich.
